Terms of Service

By downloading or using Eurodays 90 ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, through the Apple App Store or Google Play, or via an authorized APK distribution. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app.

2. Not legal advice

The app is an informational tool. Its calculations of the Schengen 90/180-day rule are provided in good faith but are not legal, immigration, or travel advice, and they do not model visa types beyond the standard short-stay rule. Entry decisions rest solely with border authorities. You remain responsible for your own compliance and for verifying your status with the relevant authorities.

3. Purchases

The app offers a one-time lifetime unlock processed by Apple or Google. Pricing and availability may change without notice. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under its own policy. Where offered, you can restore a previous purchase on any device using your store account.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the app only for its intended purpose: tracking your own Schengen allowance.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the app or its purchase system.
  • Do not use the app to plan or conceal any activity that violates applicable laws.

5. Availability

The app works fully offline. We may release updates, change features, or discontinue the app at our discretion. If we discontinue it, your locally stored data remains on your device and your lifetime purchase will not be charged again.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including denied entry, fines, overstay penalties, travel costs, or lost time — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if anything).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always posted on this page.
